Coronavirus, Influenza and Other Illnesses: What To Expect In The Studio

Dear Clients,

With the recent confirmed cases of Coronavirus in SE Wisconsin as well as the continual spreading of influenza and the common cold, I thought it was important to address what we at Michelle Alyce Photography are doing to keep your families health and safety our number one priority. Many of following practices have always been in place, but we will make sure to strictly adhere to all of them to help prevent transmission of illnesses in accordance with the CDC and WHO.

-All studio visitors will be asked to wash or sanitize hands upon entering the studio, and I will do the same. Hand sanitizer and soap are available throughout Michelle Alyce Photography’s studio.

-All frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches, door knobs, handles, tables, props, toys, etc will be cleaned with sanitizing wipes and/or soap and water immediately prior to and immediately after each session.

-Washable fabric items such as posing blankets, bedding, etc will be laundered prior to each session as well as following the sessions in which they are used.

-I will reschedule to the best of my ability whenever a client is ill. Please let me know if you are feeling sick and know that you will not be penalized for rescheduling due to illness. If I am feeling ill, I will let you know as soon as possible.

I would also like to note that Michelle Alyce Photography is an appointment-only studio so the number of people that come into the studio is very limited. It is rare that you’ll ever be in the studio with other clients who are not members of your immediate family. Please know that you are at a much lower risk of contracting any illnesses or diseases in my studio than any other public location.

If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am very flexible and want only the best for you and your family.

Thank you,

Michelle
