The ONLY thing better than celebrating ONE First Birthday is doubling the fun and celebrating TWO First Birthdays! Happiest of Birthdays to the sweetest little girls, Islah & Violet!!
These beautiful girls are SUCH a miracle so we needed to go BIG celebrating their first birthday. Not only was their amazing mama put on bedrest before she was able to get maternity photos, but Islah & Violet were born early, spent a lot of time in the hospital and missed their “traditional” newborn photos.
They spent their first year growing into strong, happy and adorable little girls, who are so identical that they often get dressed in different colors so you can tell them apart! I made sure to put Violet in the violet romper so I could tell who was who :)
I had SO much fun planning this set! Mom gave me the color palette she was using for their “fairy” first birthday party and let me run with it. I think it turned out perfect!
The girls loved playing with and snacking on their cakes!
Does cake taste better when you eat if off your sister’s toes? Islah certainly thought so!! These two were SO cute together!
And I officially can no longer tell them apart!
And because I still had my holiday setup in the studio, we picked a couple more cute outfits out of my client closet and took some holiday photos!
Because it’s so important for mom and dad to get in the photos, too! :)
